Candidate should have immense knowledge of Non Motor Claim.
Able to handle issues like Operational, surveyor deputation, critical analysis, negotiation, final decision making, Payment release etc.
To co-ordinate with surveyor at site in order to verify the quantum of loss and minimize the loss.
Issuing Immediate Loss Advise/List of Requirements as per TAT post survey and checking admissibility of the claim.
Following up with the insured/insurance company for the relevant documents/clarifications.
Preparing Claim MIS and doing a Claims review meeting with Insurance Company/ Insured for smooth and fast claim processing.
Preparing and checking of survey reports within TAT post receipt of relevant documents/clarifications.
